Victory’s Institutional Diversified Stock fund seeks to provide long-term growth of capital by pursuing a blended investment strategy (large cap core). We have the flexibility to purchase both value and growth stocks in an effort to produce consistent, positive returns across all market cycles.
Philosophy & Process
Consistent returns can be achieved by investing primarily in undervalued large capitalization stocks that possess a catalyst which will cause the value to be realized. This is achieved by constructing a well-diversified portfolio that combines both a top-down and bottom-up methodology and avoids excessive sector and security concentrations.
Equity securities (stocks) are more volatile and carry more risk than other forms of investments, including investments in high-grade fixed income securities. The net asset value per share of this Fund will fluctuate as the value of the securities in the portfolio changes.
The Victory Institutional Diversified Stock Fund minimum initial investment is $10,000,000. The Fund will consider a lower initial investment if, in the opinion of Victory Capital Advisers, Inc., the investor has the adequate intent and availability of assets to reach a future level of investment of $10,000,000.
The Fund is also available for purchase by retirement plans, including Section 401 and 457 Plans sponsored by a Section 501(c)(3) organization and certain non-qualified deferred compensation arrangements that operate in a similar manner to qualified plans with aggregate plan assets greater than $50,000,000.
Past performance does not guarantee future results. The performance data quoted represents past performance and current returns may be lower or higher. The investment return and principal value will fluctuate so that an investor’s shares, when redeemed, may be worth more or less than the original cost.
