Our HistoryEvery Nation was established in 1994 when Rice Broocks, Phil Bonasso and Steve Murrell joined their ministries together to pursue the mission of church planting, campus ministry and world missions. Previously known as Morning Star International, the ministry was renamed Every Nation Churches and Ministries in 2004 to better reflect the ministry’s vision to plant a church in “Every Nation in Our Generation.”
Since its beginnings, Every Nation has been making disciples, planting churches and training leaders. One of the primary vehicles for this is Every Nation Leadership Institute – a two-year Bible School designed to train every member of the local church to be a minister. Additionally, our Every Nation Schools of Ministry provide avenues for men and women to be trained for full-time vocational ministry as pastors, church planters, campus ministers and/or cross-cultural missionaries. In 2007-2008, Every Nation established more than 60 new church plants, including Tokyo, Japan; Kiev, Ukraine; Berlin, Germany; and Monterrey, Mexico and currently has churches and outreaches in 61 nations around the world. |
