Victory Gives Back!

Service to our community is part of Victory Capital culture. Here are some of the ways that #VictoryCapitalServes.

Community partnership with The Children's Hospital of San Antonio
Founded in 1959, The Children’s Hospital of San Antonio is the leading children’s hospital in South Central Texas entirely dedicated to the care of children in a 90-county area. The facility provides quality, innovative care specifically designed to meet the unique needs of children.

Victory Capital is partnering with the Hospital to provide "care packages” to families with infants in the Hospital’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (“NICU”). Items included in the care packages are donated by Victory employees, who also volunteer to stuff and deliver the bags!

Teaming up for a good cause
Victory Capital also partners with the Hospital to provide emotional care for children with serious medical conditions by creating a joyous and memorable experience at the San Antonio Spurs home games! Each child that participates in the program receives two courtside seats to a home game along with club access amenities and parking and/or transportation.

Community partnership with Breakthrough Schools

Breakthrough Schools of Cleveland is a nonprofit organization that helps students achieve success in school, their careers, and ultimately in life. Victory Capital’s support of Breakthrough includes not only a financial commitment, but also service opportunities for our employees.
