David Hallum

Portfolio Manager

David Hallum is a portfolio manager and member of the investment management team for CEMP. In this role, he oversees overall allocation management for each of the CEMP funds and provides exposure levels to the fixed income and futures traders. He also coordinates equity trading for the domestic and foreign funds. CEMP (formerly Compass EMP) was acquired by Victory Capital in April 2015 and is a Victory Capital investment franchise.

Mr. Hallum joined CEMP in 2005 and has been licensed in the financial services industry since 1991. He began his career with a financial planning focus and has since held several administrative roles with financial services firms as well as worked in a planned giving role with a non-profit organization. Earlier in his career, he founded Planning Templates, Inc., which offers Excel-based planning tools for financial advisors.

Mr. Hallum received a B.S. from Auburn University.
