TurboTax® import process

 

Select your version of TurboTax® below for step-by-step instructions.  Please note that TurboTax® downloads are not available for Marketplace accounts. Refer to our Marketplace FAQs for more details.

 

  1. Click 'Wages & Income' in the top navigation and 'continue'
  2. Scroll down to 'Investments and Savings' and select 'Start'
  3. Select 'Add Investment'
  4. Type "Victory Funds" into the search bar and click the fund family you would like to import
  5. Enter the account number* as seen on your tax form or statement and your Social Security # to start the download. If your account is owned by more than one person, the Social Security # must be the primary owner's (first person listed on account).

  1. Click 'Federal Taxes' in top navigation
  2. Click 'Wages & Income'
  3. Scroll to 'Interests and Dividends' and select 'update' to the right of the form type (1099R, 1099DIV, or 1099B)
  4. Select 'Import from my bank or brokerage' and click 'continue'
  5. Type 'Victory Funds' into search bar and click 'continue'
  6. Enter the account number* as seen on your tax form or statement and your Social Security # to start the download. If your account is owned by more than one person, the Social Security # must be the primary owner's (first person listed on account).

Additional information

  • You must upgrade to TurboTax® Premier to import “investment” tax forms.
  • The Master Registration # or Member ID will not work for import. You must use fund account number, which can be found on the paper tax form or statement.
  • If you have a joint account, you must use the primary account holders import credentials.
  • Copy & paste is only available for the Online version of TurboTax®, not the Desktop version.
  • TurboTax® Online (web based) is limited to 500 transactions.
  • TurboTax® Desktop (download) is limited to 2,000 transactions.
